Sept 9 (Reuters) - Svedbergs i Dalstorp AB SVEDb.ST :
* Has entered into letter of intent (LoI) for acquisition of operations of Macro
International, indirect subsidiary of Stena Adactum AB
* Macro's revenue in 2015 was 165 million Swedish crowns ($19.56 million)
* Sune Svedberg, major shareholder in Svedbergs, and Stena Adactum have signed LoI under
which Stena Adactum is to acquire 5.5 million B-shares in Svedbergs from Sune Svedberg
* Stena Adactum will after transaction hold about 26 pct and Sune Svedberg about 2.5 pct of
total number of shares in Svedbergs
* Macro International is a Scandinavian manufacturer of shower and bathroom products
